MAPA Supports the Patient-Led Care Package

The Michigan Academy of Physician Associates (MAPA) today issued the following statement in support of the introduction of the Patient-Led Care Package.

The Patient-Led Care Package, House Bill 5114, sponsored by Representative Carrie Rheingans (D-Ann Arbor), HB 5115, sponsored by Representative Donavan McKinney (D-Detroit), House Bill 5116, sponsored by Representative Reggie Miller (D-Van Buren Township) and House Bill 5117, sponsored by Representative Curt VanderWall (R-Ludington), would modernize PA practice and regulation, and ultimately provide healthcare teams the flexibility needed to meet the growing needs of Michigan patients in both urban and rural areas.
